TWELVE Centennial Park is a mixed-use project by Novare Group currently under construction near the Allen Plaza development of Downtown Atlanta. The project consists of two residential highrise towers of 39 stories each and one mid-rise hotel. The combined residential towers contain 1,024 condominium units while the hotel will consists of 102 rooms. There will be 20,000 sq ft (2,000 m²) of retail space and 5,000 sq ft (500 m²) of restaurant space. Construction should be complete by the end of 2007 on Phase I, which broke ground on October 31, 2005.
