The phrase: 'nozzles entrain bubbles in the water' is very vague. What sort of nozzles? What do they look like? An illustration would be very helpful.
I did a google search on the wort 'tuyau' and found many documents in ftench about plumbing. I also found a number of documents with wording identical to this article. Who copied who? Some source references would be very helpful.
