From the technical questions that you asked over at WP:INFOWATCH:

  1. Limiting value settings can be done with the #switch function - see m:ParserFunctions
  2. Centering cells is done with the style="text-align: center" setting.
  3. The hCard stuff is the work of the microformats people, I still don't understand how that works.

Also, you should probably replace the HTML code used for table rows and replace them with wiki-table code. This reduces the size of the document considerably. For example, instead of

{{#if:{{{Born|}}}
  |<tr><td style="text-align: right; background: {{{Life_color}}};">''Born''</td><td colspan="2" class="bday">{{{Born}}}</td></tr>
}}

...use

{{#if: {{{Born|}}} |     
{{!}} style="text-align: right; background: {{{Life_color}}};" ''Born'' 
{{!}} colspan="2" class="bday"{{!}} {{{Born}}}       
}}
