TurboLaw

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

TurboLaw is a form of document assembly software for Microsoft Windows created specifically for the legal community. It is sold by Promethean Software Corporation, and is only sold to people who are licensed to practice law in the jurisdictions the program supports (as of April 2007, this includes Massachusetts, New Hampshire and Rhode Island).

[edit] Overview

TurboLaw differs from other document assembly software packages in that it comes pre-packaged with thousands of pre-made court forms, motions, pleadings, and other legal documents. As of April 2007, the software includes over 2,200 forms for the following state-specific legal practice areas:

[edit] Massachusetts

[edit] New Hampshire

[edit] Rhode Island

New areas of law are added periodically to the program, and users must subscribe to the service to use the program and obtain these updates.
