Fictional books mentioned by C.S. Lewis, owned by Mr. Tumnus and illustrated by Pauline Baynes in Chapter Two of The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe. Not a book cover per se, but seems like a small enough sample to qualify as fair use to illustrate List of fictional books.

Though this image is subject to copyright, its use is covered by the U.S. fair use laws, and the stricter requirements of Wikipedia's non-free content policies, because:

1. It illustrates an educational article about fictional books, of which several well known examples are depicted.
2. The image is used as the primary means of visual identification of the section topic, showing what is meant by a "fictional book" in a way that words alone do not fully convey, by placing it in the context of a fictional library
3. It is a low resolution image, and thus not suitable for production of counterfeit goods.
4. It is a very small portion of the copyrighted work, and as such has no value for purposes of piracy
5. It is not replaceable with an uncopyrighted or freely copyrighted image of comparable educational value.
