[edit] Welcome

Welcome to Wikipedia. I'm sorry to say that the three articles on sports teams that you wrote have been deleted as they appeared to meet the criteria for speedy deletion. Translated into normal English, Wikipedia aims to cover "important" or "notable" things. The simplest rules of thumb I can give you are "What would you expect to find under this title in a [very, very big] encyclopedia?" and everything in Wikipedia should, ultimately, be verifiable by checking books and newspapers and so on. So, if something hasn't already been written about somewhere, it probably doesn't belong in Wikipedia. Please don't be discouraged! If you have any questions, or need help, please leave me a message (hit the + thing at the top of this page) or add {{helpme}} here. Best regards, Angus McLellan (Talk) 22:24, 29 October 2007 (UTC)
