Tudor Rose is a 1936 British film starring Cedric Hardwicke and Nova Pilbeam and directed by Robert Stevenson. Upon its release in the United States it was given the title Nine Days a Queen. An interesting point is that some young actors who went on to become famous play relatively minor parts: John Mills plays Guilford Dudley, and John Laurie plays John Knox.
The film is a dramatization of Lady Jane Grey's brief reign as monarch of England, followed by her beheading. It was the second of three film versions of her life.
