This is the logo of the Trade Union Congress of Tanzania. It is believed that the use of this image in the article about the union itself and the article about Trade unions in Tanzania meets Wikipedia's fair use criteria, as there would be no way to create an equally illustrative free image. Moreover, the image is low-resolution and does not limit the copyright holder's ability to profit from the original source, nor will it dilute the importance or recognition of the logo in connection with its organization.
