I scanned this at 300 DPI from the front of the "Dungeons & Dragons: Supplement III: Eldritch Wizardry" (Copyright 1975; 5th printing March 1978) box. I did minor cleanup on it. All TSR trademarks expired by 2003. Presumably Wizards of the Coast, who purchased TSR, are the current copyright holders. The creature depicted is a Lizardfolk.
