[edit] Summary
I scanned this at 300 DPI from the front of the "Dungeons & Dragons: Volume 3: The Underworld & Wilderness Adventures" book (Copyright 1974) box. I did minor cleanup on it. All TSR trademarks expired by 2003. Presumably Wizards of the Coast, who purchased TSR, are the current copyright holders.
