[edit] Who is tspier2?

My name (obviously) isn't actually tspier2, because that is just a nickname for certain forums and sites online. My name is Troy Spier, and I am fifteen years of age. I currently attend Oley Valley High School as a sophomore, in Oley, Pennsylvania.

[edit] Interests

My interests are Linguistics, Computer Programming, Literature, Philosophy, Psychology, and different Cultures. I tend to focus more on linguistics than any of my other interests, because I find languages and the science behind them to be fascinating.

I enjoy studying languages whenever I have spare time, but I am normally only studying German or developing a better understanding of English. Whenever I am not studying German, I choose another language to study - some of which I end up studying seriously, and others I drop after learning some basic phrases and vocabulary. The languages I currently study are listed in my Babel, and since you continue learning a language as your life goes on, I am obviously still learning bits of English. Thus, in my mind, it takes longer than a lifetime to become fluent in a language.
