The ONE magazine, a monthly glossy up-market women magazine, was launched by Interpress Group, a small independent publisher, in April 2004.
At the beginning of 2006, The ONE magazine was bought by Publimedia International, the second ranked publisher on the Romanian market. In May 2006, The ONE was re-launched in a new format that fits the profile of today’s woman, who is sophisticated and complex. The ONE magazine accessed a new level, both visually and journalistically, providing a manifesto for the women that know they do not have to compromise their femininity if they want to be strong.
The ONE magazine is the reply of the personality of its female readers. It implicitly respects their need for change and challenges them! The One it is the new benchmark for the feminine elitism that beyond beauty and style shows strong values and substance
The ONE now has a well-defined rhetoric and an extra amount of artistic photography, elements that are familiar to sophisticated women, who choose quality.
Many articles in The One magazine are written by personalities with authority in various fields: fashion, design, beauty, career, media etc. The One promotes exclusively the archetype of the successful woman, who is an opinion leader/trend setter in her social and cultural circle.
The One dictates the fashion and not the other way round; it does not fall into the trap of a short-lived fashion, it is not after transient success.
