Trunk Roads are well good, they get you to places from other places that you've previously been!! wicked! Last time I went on a trunk road I was loving every minute of it!!—Preceding unsigned comment added by 194.70.193.98 (talk • contribs)
Yeah I quite agree, Trunk Roads are well good. Once when I neded to get somewhere I used a Trunk Road and Oh Boy was it good!! When I got Home from where I'd been I thought, hang on a minute, I might just get me one of those Trunk Roads!—Preceding unsigned comment added by 194.70.193.98 (talk • contribs)
Trunk, Trunk, Trunk that's all some people ever talk about! What about the A and B roads? These roads offer some great driving experiences; some of the best i've ever had (and i've been to Kuwait!) I can't understand why people like the Trunk Road so much?! Give some of the more discerning roads a try. One of my personal favourites and one I would recommend to any avid road finder would be the A427. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 194.70.193.98 (talk) 17:01, 13 February 2008 (UTC)
I appreciate what the above person is trying to say; I for one love A and B roads, however, I think he/she may be forgetting that some people simply have to use Trunk Roads. I live in Bedford and to get from Bedford to Northampton I use my local Trunk Road. I used to use the A453, skip through the B356 (avoiding all the heavy traffic) and be able to beat the rush hour, however, my wife Cynthia recently had an accident involving a pool cue and a ball gag and as a result is now a paraplegic. I can't now use our local A and B roads due to them being too bumpy for her; she slips out of her chair and ends up on the floor!! I know that me and my wife are not the only people to be struck down in our prime, taking away our beloved A and B road usage!! Please can the previous publicist show some bloody respect!
