Troy Scott Taylor (born April 5, 1968 in Downey, California) is a former professional football quarterback who played for the New York Jets from 1990 to 1991. In his career, Taylor saw action in seven games and threw for 2 touchdown passes. He was drafted by the Jets in the 4th round (84th overall pick) in the 1990 NFL Draft.
