Troutman Sanders, founded in 1897, is an international law firm with over 650 attorneys.
The firm is headquartered in Atlanta, Ga. in the Bank of America Plaza, and has offices in Hong Kong, London, New York, Newark, Norfolk, Raleigh, Richmond, Shanghai, Tyson's Corner, Virginia Beach and Washington, D.C.
The firm is organized into over 30 areas of legal practice within five sections: Corporate, Finance, Litigation, Public Law and Real Estate. Firm clients range from Fortune 500 companies to small businesses; non-profit organizations to individual entrepreneurs; multinational corporations to federal and state agencies; sports and entertainment organizations to foreign governments.
