I completely rewrote the introduction, removed the old diagram, added a new picture, and a crystal structure. The new picture is a crop of a picture that was in the additional pictures section. I moved that picture to the muscle contraction page where I think it will do more good. The body of the article needs a lot of work, which hopefully I will be able to do later.
