I gave it start-class, but I think with some work, it could possibly reach B. Juliancolton (talk) 01:07, 29 November 2007 (UTC)

Hey Julian. I'm reviewing this article and have put it on hold.

Well written:
Only problem is this typo:

Operationally, the storm briefly attained winds of 45 mph (75 km/h) late on September 29 as some satellite estimates showed a slightly stronger storm with deeper convection,[7]but in the pos-season analysis....

Factual accuracy:
Only problem here is the references here are missing:

The system lost its deep convection and by the afternoon of September 30, Melissa degenerated into a remnant low as thunderstorm activity diminished. After the circulation dissipated, the remnant low continued its general west-northwest track to the south of a rebuilding subtropical ridge in the central Atlantic.

Yes, you addressed the concerns. Thanks. It is now a GA. Honestly, though, does this article meet notability guidelines?TheNobleSith (talk) 18:26, 17 March 2008 (UTC)

Thanks! While it might not seem like the most notable storm, it meets the notability guidelines, at least for the WPTC. Juliancolton (Happy St. Patrick's day!) 18:30, 17 March 2008 (UTC)

Alright, just wondering. TheNobleSith (talk) 18:33, 17 March 2008 (UTC)
