It is CC-licensed, but it's under a Non-Commerical version of the license, which is incompatible with Wikipedia, apparently. Chaos386 (talk) 21:25, 17 April 2008 (UTC)

That's not enough—to be compatable with Wikipedia's licencing, the image must be free for commercial use, including use on sites other than Wikipedia. I assume that if he wanted it to be available on a non-NC licence, he'd have placed it under one in the first place. me_and (talk) 20:37, 4 May 2008 (UTC)
