Description

This image, captured by the MODIS instrument on NASA's Terra satellite, shows Tropical Depression One-C in the central Pacific Ocean at 2029 UTC on August 3, 2005. The storm's maximum sustained winds were about 30 mph (45 km/h) and its minimum central pressure was 1009 mb.
