TRL Italy is the Italian version of the popular American Total Request Live which originated in 1999.
Originally it was broadcast weekdays at 2.00pm; its time slot was changed as it ran into its second season; it was broadcast at 3.00pm starting in 2002.
The main presenters were Alessandro Cattelan, Giorgia Surina, Marco Maccarini, Carolina Di Domenico and Federico Russo.
There is also the award version of the show (like in the United States) called TRL Awards.
