[edit] Speedy deletion of A.r.t.
A tag has been placed on A.r.t., requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia per CSD g11.
Under the criteria for speedy deletion, articles that do not meet basic Wikipedia criteria may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as an appropriate article, and if you can indicate why the subject of this article is appropriate, you may contest the tagging. To do this, add {{hangon}} on the top of the article and leave a note on the article's talk page explaining your position. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the article that would confirm its subject's notability under the guidelines.
If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion. To do this, add {{hangon}} on the top of the page (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag) and leave a note on the page's talk page explaining your position. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself. M.(er) 02:35, 24 September 2007 (UTC)

[edit] A.r.t. deleted
Hello. I have deleted the page again but I did read the note you left there. Unfortunately, the article did have an inappropriate tone. Sure, it's not advertisement in the sense that it does not intend to sell a product. It is however spam in the sense that the article's first purpose is to give increased visibility to the organization (including the "look at our brochure for further info). I am concerned that your involvement with the organization puts you in a conflict of interest (though perhaps not too dramatic) but also that you are using Wikipedia as a soapbox. Nevertheless, I have no objections with the article being re-created provided that the organization meets the following guideline: in particular, you'd have to establish that there is sufficient third-party, reliable coverage of A.r.t. to justify an article on Wikipedia. [edit] question
Thanks for information and the guidelines link. I'll resubmit the article and hopefully do it correctly. Do you have any good examples of an article of non-profit organization thats acceptable? Thanks - Nikki
