Noel White (born 1930) is a Northwest English businessman and football director, involved previously with non-league Altrincham F.C., northwest giants Liverpool F.C. and still remains Chairman of The Football Associations International Committee.
After making an annonymous attack on Liverpool manager Rafael Benitez, White resigned under pressure from Chairman David Moores on 31 October 2006 [1].

In October 2006, White gave an annoymous interview to the Daily Mirror, where he accused manager Rafael Benetiz of spending money the club could not afford, and that it was time for the board to review taking control [3]

- Noel White, whose main to claim to mainstream football fame was a spell as Altrincham chairman followed by a brief stint in the chair at Liverpool, was widely believed to have seen off Venables and the excess baggage the FA despised. White, now 70, holds a powerful position on the committee, despite making his name in non-league football, and as a former business associate of the late ex-Manchester City chairman Peter Swales. He remains on the committee, joined by even elder statesman such as 86-year-old Bert "The Inert" Millichip and the almost youthful 70-plus "Deadly" Doug Ellis of Aston Villa [5] Former Liverpool chairman. One-time Altrincham chairman who was regarded as the prime mover behind the departure of Terry Venables.
- On 7 November 2002 Altrincham FC President, Noel White, who is also the UniBond League President has been appointed Vice-Chairman of the UEFA National Team Committee that represents European Nations which play in European Competitions at Senior and Under-21 level, according to the UniBond site. Mr White is also a Director and ex-Chairman of Liverpool FC [6]
