Saab Automobile Engine management system consisting of an Engine Control_Unit that controls Ignition timing, Fuel injection and acts as a Boost controller. Hence 'Tri' in Trionic.

Many people are working around the world on opening up the world of the Trionic engine management system, by way of various open source communities. The work involves understanding the binary files stored in the ECU itself, and what changes affect the car's hardware and operation of the vehicle.
