How can you combine "heat, convection, and microwaves"? Convection is a method of heat transfer, and microwaves are a form of radiation which is also heat transfer.... Conduction is the third form of heat transfer (along with convection and radiation). Do they mean 'conduction, convection, and microwave radiation'??
