[edit] Infoboxes

I placed two infoboxes on this article. I added "infobox religious building", which is being added to all the churches that are part of the same diocese. I also added the "infobox nrhp", since this church is on the National Register of Historic Places. I used minimal parameters for the "nhrp" infobox, to avoid duplicating info in the other one. It seemed cleaner and more user-friendly to keep the other information in the religious building box. If there is a better technique, please change this accordingly.
