I considered merging this page with Holy Trinity Church disambiguation page, as anyone looking for a particular church may find it helpful to have them listed together. For example, see the confusion in the court case article, which clearly refers to 'Holy Trinity' as the name of the church - but the article itself links to 'Trinity'! May do the merger later.
