[edit] Major Rewrite

I've rewritten the article to comply with the Wikipedia Manual of Style and clean it of apparent WP:COI. It previously contained unreferenced claims that read like an advertisement. I question the article's relevance, since the building has not yet been constructed and yields very few results in search engines and news. I'll let someone else make that call. Just trying to do my part to make a more coherent, encyclopedic entry that is free of marketing material. --Sententia (talk) 16:47, 12 December 2007 (UTC)
