I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

I've moved this article to Trilla (album) again, and re-created the disambiguation page. Trilla, Pyrénées-Orientales is a small but notable French commune with a significant history (see this French Wikipedia article, and the corresponding articles in six other languages) which is considerably more notable than that of an album, still less an as yet unreleased album.
If it turns out that Trilla becomes rap's Sergeant Pepper, that is to say, an album which will still be talked about fifty years from now, then we can think about making it the primary topic for this headword. -- The Anome (talk) 16:01, 27 December 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Disambiguation, again
I've moved this article to Trilla (album) yet again. Look, Trilla can mean three things: a French commune, an as-yet-unreleased album by Rick Ross, or a Flamenco musical form that as yet has no article, but is already linked to by several other articles. It is naturally linked in all three contexts from other articles. Without the disambiguation page, it makes it significantly less likely that the French commune and Flamenco-genre articles will be found by readers and expanded.
Wikipedia is not an arm of the Rick Ross fan club, and, in the absence of clear evidence to the contrary, it is not Wikipedia's function to work out whether a Rick Ross album is more important than a type of Flamenco performance or vice versa. -- The Anome (talk) 15:27, 3 March 2008 (UTC)
