Note: I've posted similar comments at User talk:81.129.222.156. I wasn't sure which page you'd see first, depending on whether you had logged in or not. In response to your comments, in all likelihood someone else used the same IP address at one point. If you log in with your Trepur99 account, then you shouldn't have to worry about it, even if the IP address is blocked for someone else's actions.
