Trevor Arthur Smith, Baron Smith of Clifton

Professor Sir Trevor Arthur Smith, Baron Smith of Clifton (born 14 June 1937) was created Baron Smith of Clifton, of Mountsandel in the County of Londonderry on 4 November 1997.

He is the Liberal Democrat spokesman in the House of Lords on Northern Ireland and constitutional affairs.
