Treverva

Treverva is a small village at the west of the civil parish of Mabe, Cornwall.
It lies on the road between Mabe village and Constantine village, immediately west of Lamanva. It overlooks the Argal Reservoir and the village of Church Mabe.
It has a village hall and a Methodist Chapel.
The writer Alfred Gissing,(1896-1975), son of George Gissing was fostered by Mr & Mrs Smith, of Treverva Farm from 1902 until he left school.
