Trelawney or Trelawny is a surname originating in Cornwall. It may refer to:
- Sir Jonathan Trelawny, 3rd Baronet, a Cornish bishop who was tried for his refusal to obey James II of England
- The Song of the Western Men, commonly considered to be the unofficial Cornish national anthem, popularly called Trelawny. It refers to a mooted attempt to rescue Jonathan Trelawney.
