[edit] Weasel words

I've flagged the criticism section (which is a merge of two sections with specific criticisms and a lack of context) as needing citations and having weasel words because it makes use of quite a few weasel words and applies other assertions (which are probably correct, but need back-up). For instance: What kinds of devices are similar? How much criticism is "considerable"? How is a camera-less version a necessity? Keep in mind I'm not refuting any of these, I just think we need more evidence (external citations, links to appropriate articles, etc) than we currently have in this article. -- Steven Fisher 22:03, 16 August 2006 (UTC)

I tried to add some citations using the "note"/"reference" system but it didn't work. 65.104.77.179 21:46, 19 August 2006 (UTC)
I completely overhauled this section with more a balanced approach, citing both the good and bad of this phone based on C-NET, PC-World and other review sources. This should hopefully address all of the above (Joe Consumer 8/27/06)
I'm surprised that the "camera-less" angle was dropped. It's a genuine necessity for some users. This handset is clearly aimed at corporate/technical users. Many site policies prohibit the carrying of cameras by visitors, and not only in the defence contracting world. Not having a camera-free phone available in the range looks like a clumsy step. This issue may be fading now as policies and practices are adapted but it was real issue (three-year old nokias going for top dollar on ebay) when this model was introduced. [edit] VCAST on 700p?

I have a 700p and nowhere does it allow me to get VCAST on the phone. Can someone verify that the phone can indeed do VCAST?

[edit] Incomprehensible text

"With appropriate service, it can also display the latest news and headlines in an on-demand user area."

In particular, the last noun phrase. Can someone please run this through the Remove Telco Industry Jargon filter? Matt Whyndham 08:40, 17 October 2007 (UTC)
