[edit] Town Slogan

I've passed through this small town multiple times traveling through Utah on I-15. They used to have a sign up on the freeway that said, "Tremonton: Food, Fuel, & Fun". Could anyone confirm/deny that this is their town motto or slogan? I've perused their city website (www.tremontoncity.com) already but found nothing. --Wiltony 23:04, 13 December 2006 (UTC)

Okay, so I decided to call the city and ask about their motto. According to a call to Rich Woodworth, City Manager on 13 December 2006, the town has two official mottos (slogans?): 1) "A Friendly and Progressive Place", and 2) "City with a Future". The sign that used to say "Food, Fuel, and Fun" now has information for their veteran's memorial park on it. I'm pretty new at editing, could someone recommend a responsible way to incorporate some of this information into the article? The sign information could probably be left out, but the motto/slogans could probably be included. Thanks! --Wiltony 23:13, 13 December 2006 (UTC)
