Do what you can to improve this article. This has been deleted once before. Alyeska 19:30, 15 August 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Speed Delete
Trying to get something deleted less then 48 hours after it has been created strikes me as punitive. Give them some time to try and improve the article. The previous AFD was many months ago. For all we know the subject material now meets the standards. Alyeska 14:18, 16 August 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Deletion
There is a discussion underway right now at the BBS itself about potential reliable sources of which some members are aware. I realize that message board deletion discussions are nobody's favorite part of Wikipedia, but I would ask that we all assume good faith and wait to see what is available. I myself am presently unconvinced that the article can meet the web notability guideline, but I see no harm in waiting a few days (at most) to see what develops.
Also, it may be worth noting that the BBS is distributed by UGO, though this may well fall under the "trivial distribution" aspect of WP:WEB. Brendan Moody 19:49, 16 August 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Speedy Deletion
It has been requested that this article be Speedy Deleted. Having read over this article, and the contributions made to date to this, I have declined this for the present.
To this end, I will re-examine this article in six days time. If this article still qualifies under the criteria for speedy deletion, I will be deleting this article from Wikipedia. If you have any questions, a list of mediums for contacting me, both on- and off-wiki, is available here.
Kind regards,

- Great work on the article, guys; further to my stated intentions, above, I will not be speedy deleting this article, as the criteria for speedy deletion no longer apply. Happy editing! Anthøny ん 16:07, 23 August 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Links to FAQs
Before anyone asks, I've added a second link in external links in regards to the FAQ. TrekBBS has two different FAQ pages, but has yet to integrated the two pages together. There is some crossover, but there is different material covered in both which is why I've included both. Tehr 17:18, 18 August 2007 (UTC)
