Tree farming is such a scammpered program and I love it...

1) Buy a large lot of land in an undesirable area for dirt cheap.

2) Declare it on your taxes as agricultural property.

3) As trees take 10-15-20 or more years to grow, claim it as a loss for that amount of time.
