I have not yet completed all of the edits/additions to this topic, but I wanted to get what I had up along with a citation or two. The second citation has not been used on the current version and will have content pointing to it shortly. I am trying to find sources for all of the bullets on the original stub, but have been unsuccessful. Please provide links if you come across any. Thanks.
