Japan To-do:

The current Treaty Faction and Fleet Faction articles mostly duplicate each other, and, if they can't be expanded, should be merged. I'm wondering, however, if they can both go into Imperial_Japanese_Navy#Interwar_years ?

If not, what should the merged article be called? "Treaty and Fleet Factions" just seems weird, but it doesn't seem right to put them both under one name. Lisamh 17:45, 23 September 2006 (UTC)
