First of all, the redirect cannot be a candidate for a speedy delete because it meets none of the speedy delete criteria (WP:CSD) - the reader (and especially the nominator) should check on the section for redirects on that page. By any stretch of imagination, none of the three criteria for speedy deletion of this redirect page is met. In addition...

Several sources indicate that the Treasure Island Causeway is either current or former SR 150 (and if it's a former SR 150, then a redirect is just as appropriate as for a current SR 150), including Florida State Road Atlas by American Map (my copy is the 2004 edition), maps.google.com (which, admittedly does have mistakes, as many single sources do), and other maps, which, if they are needed to be presented in a AfD discussion, I shall do so then.

As the author of the original article (and NOT the redirect, which was done by someone else focusing on bridges), I am removing the CSD template as inappropriate and urge the nominator to either A: consider the likelihood of it being a useful redirect, or B: use the appropriate procedure for deleting redirects (and, as much as I disliked the move of the original article, I will contest any such nomination for deletion as inappropriate). Those maps are incorrect. The road is numbered according to the county road grid of Pinellas County, and has never been a state road. --SPUI (talk - don't use sorted stub templates!) 22:51, 7 January 2006 (UTC)
On what basis? Where is/are your reference(s) for your assertion? Even maps.google.com, hardly a primary source of information, shows it as SR 150. For that reason alone, unless you have evidence that conclusively states that Treasure Island Causeway was never a FSR, then a redirect would be best left alone and any corrections should be made on the Treasure Island Causeway article. 147.70.242.21 15:54, 11 January 2006 (UTC)
I've found many errors in Google maps. Shouldn't we be going by primary sources here, not what some erroneous online map service says? --SPUI (talk - don't use sorted stub templates!) 20:28, 11 January 2006 (UTC)

[1] (PDF) is one primary source calling Central Avenue CR 150. --SPUI (talk - don't use sorted stub templates!) 20:52, 11 January 2006 (UTC)

[2] and here's a newspaper article. "Way back in the last century, the summer of 1997 to be precise, the county repaved Central Avenue from 58th Street to Pasadena (the county, not the city, because Central Avenue also serves as County Road 150)." --SPUI (talk - don't use sorted stub templates!) 21:10, 11 January 2006 (UTC)
