This copyrighted cover of a magazine is used in the article Trevor Hoffman specifically to discuss the claim made on the cover of the magazine that Hoffman is the greatest closer ever. The file is the lowest possible resolution that allows the text of the claim to be clearly read and does not substitute for the cover itself (or the article discussed by the cover). The WP article discusses media recognition of Hoffman and this cover in particular.
