Train to Pakistan is a historical novel by Khushwant Singh first published in 1956 by Chatto & Windus. The story is about the feelings of the people of a village "Mano Majra" before and after the 1947 partition of India and Pakistan.The agony and the reality of the people of naked Indian history while the partition was in process is elaborated with a painful toil.
