- If you think this is true, the proper course would be for you to nominate the article under the WP:AFD process. However, please be aware that this author does meet Wikipedia's notability guidelines, which state, "Published authors, editors and photographers who received multiple independent reviews of or awards for their work." The article references multiple independent reviews, and a quick Google search [1] provides quite a bit more information. It would be hard to make the argument that this writer is "irrelevant".
