The Information about having 13 Globmasters on Travis is wrong. I work on base as Aircraft maintence for the KC-10 at Travis, and we just got a few stationed here a few months ago. I'm not sure of the exact number currently but I will hunt down the information. Its something like 4 Globmasters that just got transfered from the east coast.Hurleyman 07:28, 23 February 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Military contract flights

This article is overwhelmingly focused on the military aircraft, however Travis was a major Pacific hub for a lot of charter airlines over the decades. It would be good to have a paragraph about what airlines used Travis. -Rolypolyman (talk) 14:30, 3 June 2008 (UTC)
