Is there a reason that some de-facto and autonimous states are not included, as seperate entities?

Abkhazia, a de-facto state within Georgia. Nagorno-Karabakh, within Azerbaijan. South Ossetia, also within Georgia.

Yet, Transnistria in Moldova, in a similar situation, is included.
