Something about why there is a transfer window, i.e. what the justification for having it was supposed to be. Yeah, I know Be Bold, but the entire reason I came to the article was to find out, and there seems little help on a number of other sites I tried to find a reason. I can find other sides explaining how it works as well, and there is a huge amount of hits in any search including the term transfer window of course, but none explain why it was brought in, apart from suggesting it was in European football for at least some time previously (FIFAs site particularly is a nightmare to try and find this sort of stuff on). --81.150.229.68 (talk) 12:23, 2 January 2008 (UTC)
