Is interesterified oil/interesterification the same as transesterification? Badagnani 02:58, 14 September 2006 (UTC)

I changed your articles Interesterified oil and Interesterification to re-direct to Interesterified fat. Transesterification seems to be a completely different process, use to make bio-diesel for example.--Chrisbak 21:27, 26 May 2007 (UTC)
