The article could use an expansion in content including history, impact, and context. Further, the article could use comparisons to other kinds of transaction taxes like value added taxes. Low priority because it refers to a state tax system within on country. It could go to mid priority if the article demonstrates that its system may be emmulated worldwide. If the system is emmulated worldwide, then the article should be a high priority article and the content should be globalized.EECavazos 18:06, 15 November 2007 (UTC)
