[edit] Title
Shouldn't this be Train of Thought (album)? It isn't necessary to disambiguate, as this is the only album on Wikipedia named "Train of Thought" - Idono
- It's disambiguating it from Reflection Eternal (linked from Train of Thought), which could technically also stake a claim to Train of Thought (album).

Are there two versions of this album? (Is that possible?) What I have bought doesnt mesh with the online lyrics. So in order to verfy it I downloaded some of the songs and found that there are different versions of the same songs. (The album I currently have is by Dream Theater no doubt - it doesnt sound like any other band.) Can someone please clarify this?
IM NOT SURE IF THIS IS ANY USE BUT I DOWNLOADED WHAT APPEARED TO BE 'AS I AM' (LASTS 3:34), THEN BOUGHT THE TRAIN OF THOUGHT ALBUM, NOTICING THAT AS I AM LASTED MORE THAN TWICE AS LONG AND SOUNDED DIFFERENT, THOUGH I STILL THINK THE 'ORIGINAL' SOUNDS LIKE DREAM THEATER BUT I DON'T KNOW LOL. FURTHER, I TRIED TO GET 'SHAZAM' TO TAG THE TRACK AND IT COULDN'T COME UP WITH ANYTHING. MY GUESS IS THAT IT IS A SONG BY AN OBSCURE BAND THAT WAS POSSIBLY REPRESENTED AS A LEAKED VERSION OF 'AS I AM'. IF ANYONE ELSE HAS UNCOVERED THIS, I WOULD LIKE TO HEAR FROM THEM, AND POSSIBLY FIND OUT THE ARTIST AND SONG TITLE, COS IT AIN'T HALF BAD LOL ````
The 3:34 song is "Not With Me" by the German band Superior, from their 1998 album Younique. 84.49.149.245 15:45, 7 July 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Requested move
Train of Thought (album) → Train of Thought (Dream Theater album) – Train of Thought is both an album by Dream Theater, and an album by Reflection Eternal. I have created the Train of Thought (Reflection Eternal album), and wikipedia naming and disambiguation convention says that the Dream Theater album should be renamed accordingly NPswimdude500 01:37, 6 September 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Magnolia
Anybody have more information on the samples from the film Magnolia in Honor Thy Father? Sk ews 04:22, 5 June 2007 (UTC)
- I think something about it should be incoorporated into the article. Many of the samples are from Magnolia, but other films are also sampled. See: this site. Hauberg (talk) 14:21, 4 February 2008 (UTC)
I've just been watching Magnolia and that reminded me of this song... I did an analysis of Honor Thy Father as a project a couple of years ago and wasn't able to find the quotes that you just linked, are these on the main page anywhere? I think it would be helpful as some sort of reference, maybe in the misc section. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 122.57.226.168 (talk) 09:22, 25 April 2008 (UTC)
[edit] Miscellanea Section
This is pretty much a trivia section in disguise and not very encyclopedic. I reckon we can merge a lot of it into the main section and potentially lose anything left that we can't source. Opinions? Docta247 12:23, 26 July 2007 (UTC)
- I simply think some of the stuff in there is useless anyway - like the swear words comment. Sure, if it was written better, it could be merged up. InnocuousFox 12:56, 26 July 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Fair use rationale for Image:Dream theater tot.jpg
Image:Dream theater tot.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.
Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to ensure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.
If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images lacking such an explanation can be deleted one week after being tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.
