This article needs improvements. There is much more to say about 1-3. Those sections contain more than 'just' another theory of language. Unfortunately my knowledge about Wittgenstein is limited (hey, that's why i came here in the first place!) I would rate the article as a weak 'B' (but cant find where to do so) as it gives enough info to give you an idea where TLP is about, but isn't quite sufficient for anyone that wants to know where it is about.
