- The DoD article about the facility has been removed since I uploaded the picture. The link to the image still works, as of 23:32, 30 March 2007 (UTC)
- The image and caption are in a template, and it is placed on an article with {{Combatant Status Review Tribunal trailer image and caption}}. I did this so the image could have the same caption everywhere it is used, and if there was a reason for the caption to be changed, it could be changed everywhere at once. I didn't mean to obfuscate how to, or where to, discuss where to change the caption. The name one needs to use to edit the text in the template, is Template:Combatant Status Review Tribunal trailer image and caption.
